1. Returns for factory defects :

   • We accept returns only in cases of garments with manufacturing defects. If you received a product with defects, contact us within 7 days after receipt to evaluate your case.

   • To start the process, send us a photo of the defect to our email support@jagsportswear.mx or through our WhatsApp. Once the defect has been confirmed, we will provide you with instructions for returning it.

2. Changes :

   • We do not make changes by size, color, or personal preference, except in cases of manufacturing defects. We recommend that you carefully review our size guide before making your purchase to ensure you choose the correct size.

3. General conditions :

   • Garments must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

   • We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order garments.

4. Refund process :

   • Once the defective garment has been received and validated, we will process your refund within a maximum period of 5 to 10 business days . The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
